"Room were not renovated room, room were disappointed , great staff and great pools for kids but the room made it hard to give the hotel a 10 ."

"Ended up getting a handicap room, we don’t have any handicap personnel. Room was super empty, one small couch and a lamp and beds. Understand room is made for wheelchair to move around, but geez felt like a giant empty closet. Bath tub had black mold in various places as well as the roof, a better cleaning would take care of that."

"Solid Stay. Clean room, nice wooden floors. Not a fan of the bathroom not having a traditional door that has a lock. For some odd reason the internet was abysmal during the first two days (then it got way better) and the room service needed to be requested to make the beds and give towels instead of it being a proactive service. Breakfast was not free, but it is all you can eat so its good value, I guess. Overall good for the relatively low price payed."
